Manifesting Your Life

Manifesting Your Life

I just delivered my biggest order to date ** shout out to Farmers State Bank of Dalton, Underwood, Rothsay and Fergus Falls ** and it made me giddy like a girl who was asked to prom. So this got me thinking.... how did I get here? How did I get here so fast (my company hasn't even had it's 1 year anniversary yet)? The only thing I can think of is that I willed and believed it to be true, so it just happened / manifested if you will. This started because I took a huge leap of faith when I started my company. I didn't know how I would get it to work, but I had 100% confidence in myself that I would figure it out. I'm not afraid to jump and learn how to fly (or build a parachute) on the way down.

Do you believe in manifestation? Specifically spiritual manifestation?

Spiritual Manifestation is the theory that through regular meditation and positive, constructive thought, you can make your dreams and desires become reality. Spiritual manifestation holds that if you really want something and truly believe it's possible, it will happen.

In simple terms, if you believe it, it will come.

I don't want to get all whoo-hoo on you - so if you're not into this sort of thing, just skip ahead to the next blog post - or, if you can keep an open mind, please stay. There are several ways to manifest, but all follow a similar framework.

    1. Get clear on what you want - like, crystal clear! Make it specific. Close your eyes and visualize yourself getting what you want - now describe it. What are you wearing? Where are you at? How are you feeling? The more clear and concise, the better.
    2. Once you've pinpointed what you want, you need to set the motion to the universe to provide it. There are several ways to proceed with this. Prayer, journaling, meditation, visualization, vision board. Do what works for YOU!
    3. Now, get to work. You can't just say what you want and dream about it, but never change your habits or actions to deliver. This isn't a magic fairy tale, you actually need to do the work. Trust me - it's worth it - and your future self will thank you for putting in the work.
    4. Be mindful and thankful. The universe might not deliver everything you wish for, and that is okay - it just means you weren't ready to receive that part yet. Be patient - it will come. Don't give up on your dreams and visions.
    5. Recognize any resistance and limiting beliefs. You just might be the thing blocking you from receiving what you need. Recognize that and remove any obstacles in your way.
    6. Check (and change) your energy. You can't be happy if you're never smiling. You get what you give. Stop sending negative vibes if you're desperately wanting positive ones. Sick of gossip? Stop gossiping.
    7. Be flexible - and trust the process. Manifesting isn't a one-and-done mindset. It's a constantly evolving and growing energy. The more you trust it, the more it will deliver. If you get side tracked, don't stress, just recognize what happened and realign to get back toward your goal and vision.

I'm a big dreamer. Always have been. I have high hopes and aspirations for my life and business and, gosh darnit, I intend to do what I can make it happen. The great thing about visualizing and dreaming, you are 100% in control of where it takes you. There is literally no one else in the drivers seat (or to blame when things go wrong). So, stay strong, stay focused and chase those dreams - no one else will do it for you! YOU are in control!
