Okay, that's metaphorically speaking (I don't actually have an office door), but I do mean that my door/inbox/DM/phone is always open. My goal is to exceed any and all expectations from start to finish on your project or communications. So, if you have feedback - good, bad, ugly, all of it - I'd love to hear it. I can't move forward while staying in the same place and feedback is growth.

Although, sometimes I start later and end earlier. Other times I start earlier and end later. Sometimes I am at the shop, other times I'm at my home office. Basically, I'm usually available, except when I'm not. I can promise though that I will always followup
pickup order instructions
In lieu of shipping, you can opt for local pick up at my shop (5 miles west of Pelican Rapids) during business hours - OR - at my home (1.5 miles west of Pelican Rapids) after 5:00. I will be in touch when your order is complete to finalize all details.
